HOMEABOUT USNate Phillips Construction is a small construction company that offers all kinds of building and remodeling services. We are located in Gilbertville, IA, and we currently serve Gilbertville and the surrounding communities (Waterloo-Cedar Falls, Hudson, Jesup, Raymond, Waverly, Independence, La Porte City, and everywhere in between). We were established out of the necessity to do things the right way and in a timely matter. We have been in business only three short years but have a lifetime of experience behind us ... This is all we know and this is all we do! I, Nate Phillips, am the owner and operator of this company. Unlike some companies that send a crew out to do the work and you never see the owner until payday, I answer the phone, I am the one to meet with you, I am there to work on your project with you, and I will make sure you get the most out of your building and remodeling needs.
